...we all have one. sometimes we create our own. sometimes we follow the lead of another. If we create our own, create in such a way that clears a path for others.
If we need to follow the lead of another, be mindful. Choose the leader wisely. Do they inspire? Are they clearing a path?
Pay Attention.
And when all else fails, we put one foot in front of the other and we climb ourselves.

is a constant search. how we define ourselves from a boss, company, spouse, friend, or foe. leaving the exterior and finding value from within is another journey. this blog is a compilation of thoughts from my own journey, my interactions with others, and my coaching practice as it grows today. my hope is that someone will find their own strength and definition. mine is still emerging and evolving. if that stops I will cease to exist, your thoughts, feelings, and pursuits are greatly encouraged.
